Service boundaries

Only addresses in the United States are eligible for delivery. Every US order receives Standard Shipping at no charge, regardless of order value. Applicable tax is a separate part of checkout and is charged when legally required.

From processing to arrival

The processing period is 1–2 business days, followed by estimated transit lasting 4–6 business days from shipment. Exclude weekends and US federal holidays when considering either period. These are estimates rather than a fixed delivery guarantee: carrier conditions, weather and unexpected disruption can extend them.

Where to find tracking

After dispatch we provide the tracking reference to the email recorded on the order. It can take time for the carrier’s initial scan to become visible. Follow subsequent updates and let us know if an order appears lost or significantly delayed.

Help with destination or parcel errors

Check your delivery details carefully and report an address correction as soon as it is noticed. Changing a parcel’s destination after dispatch is not guaranteed. If goods arrive damaged, wrong or incomplete, or delivery itself is incorrect, send the order reference, tracking details and useful photos. We will investigate and discuss the next steps under our return policy and applicable consumer protections.
