Which items and specifications should I compare?

The store offers Simple Modern drinkware, bags and related accessories. Check each listing for the actual model, included pieces, dimensions, materials, capacity, compatibility and care or safety guidance rather than borrowing details from another item.

What does US delivery cost?

Standard Shipping is free for all US orders with no minimum order value. We do not deliver outside the United States.

What are the order preparation and transit periods?

Processing is 1–2 business days; after shipment, expected transit is 4–6 business days. Weekends and US federal holidays are excluded. These periods are estimates and can be affected by carrier disruption.

How are shipment updates provided?

We send tracking information to the order email after dispatch. Allow time for the first carrier scan. Ask the merchant to investigate if a parcel appears lost, incorrectly delivered or unexpectedly delayed.

Can I correct details or stop an order?

Tell us immediately before dispatch if an amendment or cancellation is needed. Whether we can act depends on fulfillment progress, so it is not guaranteed. Shipped purchases follow the return process.

How can I arrange an exchange or return?

Submit the request within 30 days of delivery with an order number or purchase evidence. Unwanted goods should be unused and retain their original condition and packaging. We pay eligible return shipping and provide a prepaid label or another arrangement at our expense. Replacement availability is checked for exchanges.

What if an item is damaged, defective, wrong or missing?

Provide purchase details, an explanation and useful photographs. We will investigate and discuss a remedy; eligible return shipping for these issues is also paid by the merchant.

When will a return be credited?

Once the merchandise is received, inspected and the return approved, we issue the refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Banks and payment providers may have additional posting time.
