Before you approve payment

Check the final purchase amount in USD, including any discounts, shipping and legally applicable taxes. Standard Shipping costs nothing for US orders, but tax may still be payable. Settlement and the total displayed for authorization are in USD.

About Credit/Debit Card

Only payment methods enabled and presented in this store’s checkout are offered. Use an available method for which you have authorization and comply with the provider’s verification requests. A card network that does not appear for the transaction is not represented as accepted.

Questions about a charge

The enabled payment service and Shopify checkout handle the payment process. Contact an issuer or payment provider if authorization is declined. For a store billing enquiry, identify the order and explain the issue without sending full card data, card security codes, banking passwords or account credentials to support.

Returning money to the original method

A return that has been received, inspected and approved is refunded within 10 business days using the original payment method. The payment provider or bank may require an additional posting interval. Read our Refund Policy for the request conditions and merchant-paid eligible return arrangements.
